Last summer, WLA student Hannah Putz (’16) started a fund to help WLA students whose families are facing financial difficulties due to a serious illness within the family. This year, the WLA student body will be adding to that fund through a week long Winter Carnival. The week of January 23, students will participate in activities similar to Homecoming week. There will be dress-up days, a talent show, a pep rally, and we’ll wrap up the week with a dance at UW-FDL Friday night.
