Course Description: The course is to aid students in developing
a physically fit, coordinated body. During the year we have a regular
conditioning period at the beginning of each class containing calisthenics,
stretching and aerobic exercise. The last twenty minutes of each class are
devoted to motor skills using a variety of individual and team activities.

Course Description: The purpose of this course is to lead the
student to understand what a tremendous creation of God the human body is and
how out of love and thanks to God for the gift of our body we will want to lead
lives that maintain the health of that body.

Course Description: To teach the student to cherish and
maintain the wonderful gift from God of their body by experiencing and
participating in activities which can be enjoyed for a lifetime and will help to
maintain the health and vigor of the body.
