Summer Speed and Agility Camp

The WLA Strength and Conditioning Program will begin on May 31st. There is no cost to join, and all WLA athletes – including incoming freshmen – are strongly encouraged to attend. The camp will be run throughout the summer, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The football weights session will begin at 6:30am. School wide Speed and Agility camp will be from 7:30-8:15. The final weight session for the remainder of the sports will be from 8:15-9:00. Please contact Coach Jaeger if you have any questions. (sjaeger@wlavikings.org)
